HONGKONG
1) Caterking Dim Sum @ Tsim Sha Tsui
2) Aoba Japanese Restaurant
This is the highlight of my entire trip! This restaurant serves cooked and raw food (my fav sashimi), an ala carte buffet restaurant. When I stepped inside, they expected me to already know what to do. No one explained to me how it works. This is how it works: There are papers on the table. Take out a paper, use a pencil to mark the quantity of dishes/drinks you want, raise your hand & a waiter/waitress will swiftly come to take your paper. EVERYTHING (food & drinks) is free-flow.
Directions: Alight at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Take Exit B2. Keep walking straight. You will pass by The Body Shop and Watson's. When you see Swatch, turn left. Continue walking straight. At Hui Lau Shan, turn right. Continue walking straight..you are almost there!
Price: ~S$30 if you reach after 9pm

For each piece of paper, there is a maximum of 15 slices of sashimi that you can order for each type. Thus you can see that we had 4 servings, with some cooked food. The beef is really nice.
I ate so much till I became a sashimi monster! :D It is very value for money because you can order as much as you like, and the service is reasonably good and fast. (Except that I requested for ice for my canned drink but it never came.) I will definitely come back to this restaurant the next time I visit HK!
